My journey into instructional design
With a background in learning and development, employee coaching, and customer support, I have spent much of my career helping people acquire new skills and enhance their performance. This experience naturally led me to the design side of learning—understanding how training is created, structured, and measured for effectiveness. I have since focused on instructional design principles, e-learning development, and creating portfolio projects using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise 360. My work spans healthcare, the travel industry, and technology, where I specialize in simplifying complex information for learners to easily understand and apply.
